Couldn't find much of the story behind this dress. I don't think it was released in the DKNY brand store at the time, but it was released with the Hot Buys of June 2008 and it's definitely DKNY.

The more you know: The DKNY Geo Print Dress was part of the March 2008 10 Hot Buys and was released immediately with the brand tag 'DKNY Geo Print Dress' onto the DKNY brand store.

I couldn't find any pictures of the real version, it wasn't even on the runway show, which might mean stardoll either invented it or created it from some drafts of Donna Karan.

The more you know: The DKNY Wrap Belt was part of the January 2008 10 Hot Buys and was released immediately with the brand tag 'DKNY Wrap Belt' onto the DKNY brand store.

Pretty in Pink Hot Buys Scarf / DKNY Hearts Print Scarf | DKNY

Just like the Scuba Dress, the DKNY Hearts Print Scarf was released with the August 2007 Hot Buys and then transferred to the DKNY Brand store when stardoll got the agreement with the brand. It's hard to know if there are any items with the Hot Buys brand tag, or if all tags were replaced with DKNY's. Anyways, you can see on the original HB spoiler tag in the picture, it was supposed to be released on Pretty in Pink - and I'll tag this post that way also, just in case someone holds posession of any existent HB branded scarf.

Pretty in Pink Hot Buys Dress / DKNY Scuba Dress | DKNY

The Scuba Dress. One of the most wanted DKNY items ever. It's just as rare as the other items from its collection, but many more want this one, perhaps because it's so pretty.

I, personally, never saw one Scuba Dress with a Hot Buys tag, but it was released first in August 2007 Hot Buys, and then, when Stardoll got an agreement with DKNY for the website, it was transferred to the Brand store. As you can see on the Hot Buys original brand tag above, it says Pretty in Pink, where it should be originally released. Maybe the tags were replaced when DKNY got out, but anyways, I'll tag this post with Pretty in Pink, just in case someone holds the one of a kind dress with the Hot Buys tag.
