This dress is a Hot Buy from September 2006, but I found this picture of it with Pretty n' Love on the tag, well, Pretty n' Love is the replaacement of Pretty in Pink, so does this mean it got re-released afterwards?

Why it says 'Superstar Start Gift' is a great question.. because there wasn't many stardoll blogs back in 2007 it's hard to know what it means. But I guess we could assume it was a gift for the dolls that bough SS at the time? There are quite a few items with this, though.
BUT, although the tag doesn't say Hot Buys, don't let it fool you! These items are Hot Buys, and really valuable ones!
